Financial management has always been a part of Amb. Dr. Witney Emmanuel Laizer's work experience and has served as a basis for her other academic interests in business, health care and sustainability.

Education Career 2020-Present Macrogen Europe BV. Senior Billing & Collection Administrator. Billing coordination, customer and project account monitoring, follow-up on payments, collections, and financial administration and reporting.

On the professional front, she has also worked on finance functions with Delta Electronics, Alter Domus and Greenlane, all based in the Netherlands. This role involved work on accounts, invoicing, reconciliations, reporting and corporate administration.

Prior to pursuing a career in more advanced finance, Laizer built some experience in sales and marketing at Wittenborg University, where he learned the importance of understanding and engaging the customer and of sales and event coordination, as well as reporting.

Her university degrees are also related to the professional profile. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics and Finance Management at Wittenborg University of Applied Sciences and an MBA at the University of the People.

Subsequently, she obtained her doctorate at Selinus University in Business, Management, Public Health and Sustainability.

Within the context of her Doctoral Thesis in 2018, she is researching on sustainability in health care services in Germany. He is also researching the fields of resource use, innovation, digitalisation, waste management and stakeholder cooperation, widening her academic research interests.

In addition, Laizer studied Data Analytics Programme at Ironhack, thereby applying her learned analytical skills to her other professional expertise.
