As a Senior Billing & Collections Administrator at Macrogen Europe BV, she is responsible for Financial & Revenue Management Operations, Billing & Account Monitoring, Follow-up of Payments, Collection & Financial Administration, Financial & Revenue Reporting.

Previously, working in the areas of finance, accounting, corporate administration, professional business communication, sales & marketing, and organisational processes at Greenlane, Alter Domus, Delta Electronics and Wittenborg University has further supported her skills development.

She is academically dedicated to Higher Education with online learning programmes, MBA and PhD in Business, Management, Public Health & Sustainability (Selinus University), Business Administration (MBA), Economics & Finance Management (BA in Business Administration) and Data Analytics (Ironhack).

Her PhD research focuses on sustainability in the German Healthcare Services, with an emphasis on the sustainable management of Healthcare while focusing on resource efficiency, digitalization, waste management, innovation, and stakeholder collaboration.
