Previously, Witney worked in Greenlane in the capacity of finance administration, Alter Domus in the capacity of accounting and training, Delta Electronics as finance administration, and Wittenborg University as sales & marketing.

Each job provided her insight into financial services, administration, reporting, customer care, marketing and administration duties. She successfully earned a Doctorate (PhD.) in Business, Management, Public Health & Sustainability from Selinus University (2023 – 2025), an MBA from the University of the People, and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Economics & Finance Management from Wittenborg University of Applied Sciences. Her PhD.

Research entailed on the significance and difficulties of sustainability in healthcare services in Germany. Her work concentrated on topics such as utilisation of healthcare resources, sustainable management, innovation, digitalisation, waste management, and stakeholder co-operations.
