The Standard plan has a 5% management fee for guest-ready properties. Properties requiring setup support are charged 7% during the first year and 5% in subsequent years. The Premium plan costs 8% for guest-ready properties, or 10% during the first year for properties requiring setup support and 8% in subsequent years. Premium also includes professional photography, a dedicated performance manager, and priority support.

Beenstay’s full-service management remains available in Seattle and Los Angeles, with fees starting at 15%. The service includes local coordination for cleaning, inspections, restocking, maintenance, compliance support, and 24/7 local response.
