Lisbon, October 19, 2026 – Anyone who has joined a live stream with thousands of viewers knows how it goes: the chat scrolls too fast, comments get lost, and most viewers never get noticed. Bizu, a new social video chat app, is built around the opposite idea: private 1:1 live video calls with real, ID-verified hosts. No audience, no public rooms, no bots.

How it works for users
• Private 1:1 video calls: pick a host who is online, see her per-minute price before calling, and talk to her alone.
• Real people: every host passes an identity check with an ID document and a video selfie, reviewed by hand by the Bizu team.
• Pay only for connected minutes: billing starts when the video connects. If a call drops in the first 20 seconds, the coins are refunded automatically.
• Getting started: 600 welcome coins once the account is confirmed, and double coins on the first purchase (up to 6,000 bonus coins).

For hosts: earn per minute, not by luck
On public lives, income depends on gifts that may or may not come. On Bizu, women aged 18 and over earn for every minute of conversation, from home and on their own schedule:
• around €0.30 to €0.34 per minute at the default rate, and each host can set her own price;
• +10% for the first 14 days for new hosts (with at least 10 hours online);
• payouts via Wise, Paxum, SEPA, USDC or Pix (Brazil).

Coming soon: every host will also be able to open her own shop inside Bizu, featuring gifts such as flowers, perfumes, jewelry and chocolates, and earn a commission on sales.

Safety first
Bizu is strictly 18+ and does not allow nudity or sexual content. On top of identity checks for hosts, the app has block, report and panic buttons, and video is relayed through a server so nobody sees your IP address.

Bizu works in any mobile browser (Android and iPhone) and on desktop, with the interface in 11 languages, including English, Spanish and Portuguese. The Android app is on its way to app stores.
