Green Tea Somyeon is made using unbleached wheat flour and wild green tea harvested from the Hwagae region of Jirisan, an area renowned for its pristine natural environment. The noodles are thin, smooth, and pleasantly chewy, offering a refined texture that enhances the overall dining experience.

This product was jointly researched and developed through industry–academic–research collaboration with the Department of Oriental Culinary Nutrition at Daegu Haany University and is a patented product. By combining traditional noodle-making techniques with scientific research, Green Tea Somyeon delivers both functional benefits and exceptional quality.

Finely milled Sejak-grade green tea powder is added to the noodles. A single serving of Green Tea Somyeon (100 g) contains functional components equivalent to approximately ten cups of green tea, allowing consumers to enjoy the distinctive aroma, flavor, and benefits of green tea in a convenient and enjoyable form.

As this product is made using natural green tea ingredients, it should be stored away from direct sunlight. Natural fading of color may occur over time; however, this is a natural characteristic of the product and does not affect its quality or safety.

Storage Instructions
Although Green Tea Somyeon is a shelf-stable product, it is sensitive to moisture. Even within the recommended shelf life, exposure to humidity may cause mold or insects. To maintain optimal quality, please follow the storage guidelines below:

1. Store in a dry, well-ventilated place.
2. During the rainy season, open the Green Tea Somyeon box for several hours on a clear, dry day to help prevent mold and insect development.
3. As the noodles easily absorb surrounding odors, avoid storing them near cosmetics, soap, or other strongly scented products.
4. To preserve the natural green tea color, avoid exposure to direct sunlight.
Through carefully selected ingredients, patented technology, and precise production, Green Tea Somyeon offers a unique balance of tradition, functionality, and refined taste.
