Gurugram, India / Ashburn, Virginia — Creativ Technologies today pointed to a widening gap between AI adoption and real workforce capability, and outlined how its training programs are built to close it.
New industry data shows the scale of the problem. Globally, there are now roughly 1.6 million open AI-related job roles against only around 518,000 qualified candidates to fill them — a gap of more than three to one. Inside companies, the pattern looks different but just as concerning: 87% of organizations already run AI training programs, yet 59% still report an unresolved skills gap in their workforce. More training isn't automatically producing more capability.
"Adoption was never the hard part," said a spokesperson for the company. "Almost every enterprise we talk to has already rolled out some form of AI training. The harder question is whether that training was built around a real role and a real task, or whether it's a generic module that looks good on a completion dashboard and changes nothing about how someone actually works."
Founded in 2012, Creativ Technologies operates from Northern Virginia, USA and Gurugram, India, building eLearning, corporate training and instructional design programs for enterprises across banking, healthcare, technology, government and academic sectors. Its method pairs a structured training needs assessment with role-specific content and learning-platform analytics, so organizations can measure whether training actually changed behavior on the job — not just whether a course was completed.
Current work includes AI-powered enablement programs for enterprise sales and corporate teams, alongside adaptive learning solutions for schools, universities and EdTech platforms across both countries. The spokesperson noted that programs built around specific roles and measurable outcomes, rather than generic AI-awareness modules, are the ones actually narrowing the gap for client organizations.
"The organizations getting ahead of this aren't buying more licenses," the spokesperson added. "They're treating AI capability-building as a design problem with a measurement layer attached — not a procurement checklist."
