RANCHO CORDOVA, Calif. Synergize Inc., a community outreach and event marketing company based in Rancho Cordova, California, is hiring Community Outreach and Fundraising Associates for its in person team at 2880 Sunrise Blvd, Suite 200. The role is open to candidates with no previous experience, and training is provided.

The work is face to face. Associates represent the campaigns of the company's nonprofit partners at community events and tabling events across the greater Sacramento area, holding real conversations with donors and neighbors. It is not a call center and it is not desk work. The position is listed as full time and is based at the Rancho Cordova office.

The company's primary nonprofit partners are two national organizations: L.E.A.D. (Law Enforcement Against Drugs & Violence), which delivers drug and violence prevention education in schools, and Stand For The Silent, which addresses bullying through school presentations. The team's community work also includes toy drives, student programs, and winter care kit donations with Loaves & Fishes Sacramento.

Training comes before an associate ever represents a cause. New team members are trained on the partner's mission and talking points, and they work alongside an experienced teammate from day one, shadowing, practicing, and getting coached. Leadership at the company is promoted from within. Team members who master the fundamentals go on to coach newer teammates, coordinate events, and lead campaigns.

Because the training covers the mission and the message, the company does not ask for a background in outreach or event marketing.
