BOISE, Idaho. Iron Bloom Collective, a face-to-face brand representation and event
marketing firm based in Boise, has opened entry-level hiring across the Treasure Valley,
including Boise, Meridian, Nampa and Caldwell.

The company represents client brands in person rather than through advertising, and is
recruiting for field roles and a management track. It says applicants do not need a sales
background, a degree or a polished resume, because everyone starts in the same place and
is trained before they represent a client.

"We hire attitude and train everything else" is the standard the company recruits to. New
team members learn the client's business before they speak about it publicly, receive
daily coaching in the field, and advance by doing the work well rather than by waiting
their turn.

The model is deliberate. Iron Bloom Collective's position is that attention has become
cheap while trust has not, and that a brand can buy a large number of impressions and
still have nobody who can explain what it does. A conversation cannot be skipped, blocked
or muted, which is why the firm measures its work in customers acquired rather than views
delivered.

That measurement standard applies to hiring as much as to campaigns. Because the company
is accountable to clients for what its representatives produce, it treats being sent into
the field unprepared as the main risk in the business, and training as the expensive part
