Divtechnosoft Helps Summon Replace Paper Valet Tickets Across 450+ Locations

Posted October 30, 2026 by divtechnosoftpr

Divtechnosoft-built Summon replaced paper valet tickets with text-message tickets, real-time vehicle tracking and tap to pay, scaling to 450+ locations, 158,000+ tickets and $10K+ MRR on infrastructure costing under $40 a month.

AHMEDABAD, India - Oct. 30, 2026 - Divtechnosoft, a product development company serving startups and growing businesses worldwide, today shared the results of its work on Summon. Summon is a digital valet management platform that now runs at more than 450 locations, including hotels, restaurants, shopping malls, hospitals, stadiums and large events.

The problem with paper valet tickets

Before Summon, most valet operations ran on paper. Tickets were lost or damaged, cars took too long to come back, and managers couldn't see vehicle status across parking areas. There was also no central way to manage staff, shifts or several locations at once.

One platform for guests, attendants and managers

Divtechnosoft was Summon's end-to-end technology partner, from concept to launch, and built three connected products:

For guests: a digital ticket sent by text message. Guests can request their car in advance, choose a pickup time, pay with tap to pay, Apple Pay or a card, and add services such as a car wash or EV charging.

For attendants: an app to log cars, record vehicle condition, assign parking spots and get alerts when guests request their car.
For managers: a web dashboard showing driveway activity, shift performance, ticket status and revenue across every location.

Key features include QR check-in and checkout, a live request queue sorted by priority, staff access based on role and location, shift tracking, vehicle status updates, analytics and multi-location management.

Built in 15 weeks, scaled on a lean budget

Divtechnosoft took Summon from discovery to launch in 15 weeks: 2 weeks of strategy, 3 of design, 8 of MVP development and 2 of testing and launch. The platform is built with Ionic, Capacitor, Angular, Firebase and Stripe.

Results

450+ locations running Summon
158,000+ digital valet tickets issued
$10K+ in monthly recurring revenue
Under $40 a month in infrastructure costs, even at 450+ locations
Less driveway congestion at peak times, and extra revenue from in-app add-on services

"Divtechnosoft built our entire valet platform end-to-end, not just pieces of the code," said Esteban Gonzalez, Founder & CEO, Summon.
