Ahmedabad, India – October 14, 2026 – When thousands of people leave a stadium or a hospital visit ends, the driveway becomes the bottleneck. Paper valet tickets make the situation harder, because staff cannot see which cars are waiting or which request came first.
Summon, a digital valet management platform, is built for those conditions. Divtechnosoft, a product development studio in Ahmedabad, India, built it end to end for Summon, which was founded in 2021.
Order and visibility at the curb
Requests arrive in a priority-sorted queue that updates in real time. Staff use the Operator App to see which vehicles to bring around next. Each vehicle carries a status of parked, retrieved or en route, so a supervisor always knows where a car stands.
Guests check in and out with a QR code. They receive an automated SMS ticket and can schedule a retrieval in advance, which helps spread demand before a crowd forms. Payment by Apple Pay, card or tap-to-pay happens without cash handling at the curb.
"Divtechnosoft built our entire valet platform end-to-end, not just pieces of the code," said Esteban Gonzalez, Founder & CEO, Summon.
Control for large and multi-site operations
Events and hospitals also change from day to day, so the people running the driveway need tools that adapt quickly without long training sessions.
Large venues often bring in extra staff for a single event or shift. Summon ties staff access to location, so people see only the sites they are assigned to. Shift and attendance tracking, ticket records and revenue appear in the web-based Operator's Portal, and operators can manage multiple locations together.
Where it is used
The same platform that serves a single hotel entrance also supports enterprises that run many sites, which allows a venue operator to keep one consistent process across very different locations.
Summon serves hotels, restaurants, shopping malls, hospitals, stadiums, large events and multi-location enterprises, across more than 450 locations. Operators report reduced driveway congestion, and every vehicle and payment is tracked digitally. Guests have responded with high satisfaction.
