The experimental music group Hello World! has released its latest single, “Captured in December.” It is now streaming on Spotify, YouTube, and all major digital platforms.

The track has a mysterious emotion and precise sound. It raises a thought-provoking question: Did a machine help write and create this?

Blending nostalgic synth-pop with R&B elements, “Captured in December” conveys raw vulnerability in both its sound and story. It subtly suggests that parts of its melody or harmony might have been influenced by AI.

“We wanted to see what happens when emotion and algorithm meet,” said the band’s manager. “It’s part song, part question.”

Following their last release, “I Love You More Than Anyone,” this new single continues Hello World!’s effort to explore the blurred lines of digital creativity, authorship, and collaboration.

And in case you’re wondering, yes, there’s still a strong human influence—at least, for now.
