EaseMyExpo Launches Stall Builder for Browser-Based 3D Exhibition Design

Bengaluru, 25 September 2026: EaseMyExpo, a Bengaluru-based exhibition technology company, today announced the launch of EaseMyExpo Stall Builder, a browser-based tool that allows exhibitors, agencies and designers to create exhibition stalls in 3D, generate renders and videos, and preview designs in augmented reality.

Exhibition stall design often involves several rounds of discussion before a concept is ready for approval. EaseMyExpo Stall Builder gives teams a way to develop layouts, explore branding options and present their ideas before briefing a fabricator.

The platform includes a catalogue of more than 160 items, including reception counters, tables, chairs, sofas and premade fascia for stalls with one, two, three or four open sides. Users can start with these elements, draw their own fascia in 2D or 3D, or import existing objects.

Branding options include logos and graphics on walls and fascia, backlit and fabric panels, and custom hanging signs. Users can also display video on signs and branding panels, and add lighting, LED strips and decor.

For design reviews and presentations, users can view the stall from different directions, generate 4K photorealistic renders and create a cinematic video. An augmented reality preview allows them to place the digital stall in a real-life environment on screen through a phone’s browser.

The platform supports OBJ and FBX import and export, allowing designers to bring existing models into their projects and continue working with exported designs in compatible 3D software.

EaseMyExpo Stall Builder runs in the browser, with nothing to download. It is intended for concept development, visualisation and client review. Detailed engineering and final fabrication remain with the fabricator.
