ORLANDO, FL: Eastwood Animal Hospital, a trusted provider of comprehensive veterinary care at 1513 S Alafaya Trail, is proud to announce the addition of Dr. Naomi Fix, DVM, to its growing team of veterinary professionals. Dr. Fix officially joined the practice on July 20, 2026, and is now seeing patients at the hospital's Eastwood location.

Dr. Fix earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from St. George's University in 2026, completing her clinical training at Kansas State University. Her academic foundation is grounded in evidence-based medicine, and she brings a strong commitment to individualized patient care, believing that every animal deserves a treatment plan tailored to their specific needs and circumstances.

What distinguishes Dr. Fix is a professional background that extends well beyond the examination room. Before pursuing veterinary medicine full-time, she spent six years working at Universal Orlando Resort, where she developed a deep appreciation for clear communication, teamwork, and delivering positive experiences under pressure. She applies those same principles to every client interaction, working to ensure that both pets and their owners feel heard, informed, and at ease even during stressful veterinary visits.
