Winchester, Hampshire. Tree care in and around Winchester has a new local provider. Sparsholt Tree Surgeon has opened in the village of Sparsholt, a short drive west of the city centre.

The business covers the whole of Hampshire, with Winchester as its main focus. It handles tree felling, pruning, crown reduction, stump grinding and hedge trimming, and offers emergency help when trees are damaged or become dangerous.

"We set up Sparsholt Tree Surgeon because people in and around Winchester deserve a tree surgeon who knows the local area and its trees, and who will be honest about what work is actually needed," said Rowe. "Whether it's a quick hedge trim or taking down a dangerous tree after a storm, we want every job done safely, tidily and properly."

Local knowledge matters in Winchester. The city's conservation areas and Tree Preservation Orders mean that some tree work needs permission from the council first. Sparsholt Tree Surgeon plans to make that process clear for customers so that work is done legally as well as safely.
