Spontaneous Response from Students to Cyber Awareness Campaign at New English School, Ramanbaug

In collaboration with the Quick Heal Foundation, students of Kaveri College successfully implemented a cyber awareness campaign at New English School, Ramanbaug last week. The main objective of this initiative was to create awareness among students about cyber security, instill the habit of using digital media responsibly, and guide them on how to protect themselves from online fraud and various cyber threats.

During this campaign, students were given detailed guidance on the fundamental principles of cyber security, safe internet usage, protecting personal information, identifying different types of online fraud, and how to behave as a responsible citizen in the digital world. The importance of cyber security was effectively conveyed to the students through interactive presentations and practical examples.

Around 2,000 students from the school participated in this activity. Of those, approximately 1,800 students acquired crucial knowledge about cyber safety. The core message, "Stay cyber safe and protect yourself from online threats," was successfully delivered to the students through this campaign.
