TERNOPIL, Ukraine, July 14, 2026 — Help Desk Migration, a data migration service by Relokia, has launched a Private Cloud Data Migration. This new capability helps companies to transfer help desk and ITSM data within a dedicated Amazon Web Services (AWS) environment.
Private Cloud Migration is designed for organizations that require greater control over infrastructure, security, and data residency during the enterprise help desk migration process. Unlike migrations that run on shared infrastructure, the Private Cloud Help Desk Migration provides a dedicated AWS instance exclusively for each customer, allowing migration data to be processed in an isolated, single-tenant environment.
Companies can deploy their environment in the AWS Region that best meets their compliance, performance, and data residency requirements, choosing from AWS Regions worldwide. According to Help Desk Migration, regional deployment helps organizations meet data residency and compliance requirements while maintaining greater control over data processing. Each environment includes built-in security measures, including two-factor authentication by default.
The Private Cloud migration supports data transfers between leading help desk and ITSM platforms. Customers can migrate tickets, contacts, users, companies, knowledge base articles, attachments, custom fields, and other supported records while preserving relationships and maintaining data integrity throughout the migration process.
