WESTERVILLE, Ohio, September 16, 2026 — IntelliLogic has released a scheduling module for its medical device distribution platform, bringing the company's software to ten integrated modules covering the workflow from surgical case booking through commission payment.
The new module pairs a surgical case calendar with CRM activity tracking. Its defining feature is territory scoping: field representatives see the cases and events inside their assigned territory rather than every case in the company.
That distinction matters more than it sounds. Distribution organizations often run dozens of representatives across overlapping geographies, and a shared company-wide calendar exposes account relationships that reps consider their own. It also buries the handful of cases any individual rep actually needs to act on that week.
"A rep does not need to see every case in the company," said Karrie Short, founder of IntelliLogic. "A rep needs to see their cases, and the cases in their territory that might need a hand."
The module lets distributors schedule cases by priority or by territory, assign representative coverage, and request tray templates at the time of booking. It separates the representative assigned to an account from the representative covering a given case, which preserves account ownership when someone steps in at short notice. The CRM calendar handles conferences, training, travel, meetings, calls and follow-ups, with three levels of visibility.
Scheduling joins existing modules for case management, inventory, chargesheets, facility management, manufacturer management, representative management, commissions, expenses, compliance and reporting. The platform is HIPAA-ready.
IntelliLogic is aimed at a corner of healthcare that has drawn comparatively little software investment. Hospital systems have spent heavily on clinical records and revenue cycle tools over the past decade. The distributors who deliver implants and instrument trays to operating rooms have largely gone on coordinating that work by spreadsheet, paper chargesheet and text message.
Short started the company after working in distribution operations, and IntelliLogic describes its software as built by people who carried trays into operating rooms before they wrote any code.
IntelliLogic is priced at $499 per month for up to 20 users. A 14-day trial is available without a credit card at intellilogic.ai.
