Australian commercial tyre wholesaler JBI Tyres has officially announced the opening of its new distribution centre in Archerfield, Brisbane. The strategic facility marks a major milestone in the company’s East Coast expansion, significantly cutting lead times and freight transit for tyre retailers, transport operators, earthmoving contractors, and civil fleets across Queensland and Northern New South Wales.

Operating from its established Cardiff headquarters in Newcastle, JBI Tyres has built a solid industry reputation supplying trade-only commercial tyres. The new Archerfield hub gives local businesses immediate access to deep-inventory holdings across heavy-duty Truck & Bus Radial (TBR) and Off-The-Road (OTR) segments without the interstate freight delays.

Keeping Queensland Fleets Moving
With Queensland’s heavy haulage, infrastructure, and resources sectors demanding rapid turnaround, the Brisbane facility is positioned to keep machinery rolling and reduce costly downtime.

The new hub features:
Extensive TBR & OTR Holdings: Immediate trade supply across high-demand linehaul truck sizes (including 11R22.5, 275/70R22.5, and 295/80R22.5) alongside heavy civil and earthmoving patterns (from 20.5R25 to 29.5R25).
Dedicated Trade & Wholesale Service: Zero retail competition, working exclusively with accredited dealers, transport fleets, and industrial contractors.
Same-Day & Local Collect: Faster regional freight dispatch alongside local trade-counter collections directly out of the Archerfield warehouse.
Direct Access to Specialist Technical Sourcing: Tailored compound selection for harsh Australian terrain, covering high-abrasion civil sites, quarry applications, and underground mining operations.

Built for Industry, Backed by Trade
The expansion ensures regional operators and metro tyre dealers benefit from volume-tiered wholesale margins, flexible account structures, and live online inventory ordering through the JBI Dealer Portal.
Trade accounts, dealer applications, and wholesale pre-orders for the Brisbane distribution centre are now open.
