Jyoti Structures Limited reported a 56.5% increase in net profit to ₹56.04 crore for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, driven by a significant rise in revenue and operational efficiency. Total income grew 53.1% to ₹772.44 crore from ₹504.50 crore in the previous year, primarily due to improved project execution and accelerated operational momentum.

Earnings Before Interest, Tax, Depreciation and Amortization (EBIDTA) rose 58.01% to ₹69.97 crore, while Profit Before Tax increased 53.45% to ₹54.72 crore. The company’s strong financial performance was supported by the commissioning of its second manufacturing unit, Nashik Plant-II, in January 2026. This expansion added an annual manufacturing capacity of 36,000 MT, increasing the combined capacity of Nashik Plant-I and Plant-II to 72,000 MT per annum.

The company’s order book as of April 1, 2026, stood at ₹2,274 crore. Major orders secured during the year included turnkey EPC contracts aggregating ₹639.08 crore and an 800 kV HVDC transmission line project valued at ₹288.38 crore. Additionally, the company secured a contract for transmission line modification works for the Mumbai Coastal Road Project valued at ₹88.35 crore.

The Board has recommended that no dividend be declared for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, to preserve resources for future growth. The company’s paid-up equity share capital increased to ₹238.73 crore as of March 31, 2026, following the conversion of warrants and the exercise of stock options.
