The travel service pairs clients with trained care assistants who provide door-to-door physical support, guiding them safely onto Transport for London buses, coordinating accessible taxis, and assisting with wheelchair mobility.

Care staff accompany clients to routine general practitioner appointments, hospital clinics at facilities like The Whittington Hospital, local grocery shopping trips in Wood Green, and social gatherings. The service also extends to domestic holidays, allowing families to travel together with professional care support ensuring smooth daily routines away from home.
