Most WordPress websites load too slowly on phones, and the owners never find out until a customer complains or a competitor outranks them. MedAmine Web, a WordPress development service run by senior developer Med Amine Belbachir, now offers speed optimization with an unusual guarantee: the client's main pages reach 90 or higher on Google's mobile PageSpeed test, measured before and after with the official Google report.

Belbachir has some standing on the subject. His own site, https://medamineweb.com, currently scores a perfect 100 on every PageSpeed Insights category on mobile, including performance, accessibility, best practices and SEO.

"Speed scores are not vanity numbers," Belbachir said. "Google uses them to decide who shows up first, and visitors use them to decide who they trust. I put the guarantee in writing because a measurement you can verify beats a promise you cannot."

The service starts at 1,500 dirhams, about 150 euros. Clients receive the before and after Google reports so the improvement is documented rather than claimed. Work typically covers image weight, plugin bloat, caching configuration, font loading and theme code.

Business owners can test their own site first. The free one minute audit at https://medamineweb.com returns a score immediately and emails a detailed correction plan, without requiring any access to the site.
