That’s the direction Menx is taking as the Bengaluru-based men’s grooming and lifestyle brand announces the appointment of Karan Kumar as its new Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). Much of Karan's career has been spent solving one question: how do you grow a consumer brand in an increasingly crowded digital market? Over the last five years, he's led performance marketing initiatives, experimented with customer acquisition strategies, and worked closely with fast-growing D2C businesses looking to scale.

At Menx, he will be responsible for shaping the brand’s marketing roadmap, strengthening digital campaigns, improving customer acquisition strategies, and building a stronger connection with consumers across India.

For Karan, the opportunity comes at an exciting point in the men’s grooming industry. More Indian men today are paying attention to grooming, styling, and personal care — not just as a necessity but as a part of their lifestyle.
