The solution operates as a lightweight overlay on existing ecommerce websites, allowing stores to retain their current design, catalog structure, and checkout systems. SwitchIt™ is compatible with both native ecommerce checkouts and third-party checkout providers, requiring no changes to payment flows.

In SwitchIt™ mode, shoppers are supported by an integrated AI assistant that helps with product discovery, clarification, and decision-making throughout the shopping journey. Recommendations and product presentation adjust dynamically as users browse, interact, and add items to their cart.
