The IFSCA Talent Summit 2026, themed "Shaping Global Talent for India and the World", brought together policymakers, industry leaders, academic institutions, and global corporations to deliberate on talent development, workforce readiness, and the growing career opportunities emerging from GIFT IFSC.

The event was graced by Hon'ble Deputy Chief Minister of Gujarat Shri Harsh Sanghavi, Dr. P.K. Mishra, Principal Secretary to the Hon'ble Prime Minister, Shri K. Hon'ble Deputy CM Shri Harsh Sanghavi highlighted that GIFT City is rapidly emerging as the most preferred destination for current and upcoming generations, reflecting the visionary leadership of Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi. He reaffirmed the government's commitment to enabling professionals to "Work in GIFT City and Live in GIFT City."

Speaking about the broader vision, Dr. P.K. Mishra emphasized the Government of India's commitment to building a robust financial ecosystem driven by innovation and policy support, aimed at realizing the vision of Viksit Bharat by 2047.

IFSCA Chairperson Shri K. Rajaraman underscored the critical role of GIFT IFSC as an emergent world-class financial hub powered by a skilled and future-ready workforce, and thanked the Government of India for the attractive tax policies announced for GIFT IFSC in the Union Budget 2026.
