Starting August 31, 2026, Dr. Paschall will bring her warm, hands-on approach to veterinary medicine and deep Carolina roots to the hospital, aligning perfectly with its mission of delivering high-quality, low-stress care to every patient.
Dr. Paschall earned her undergraduate degree in Animal Science from North Carolina State University before returning years later to the same institution to complete her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine. Her journey back to NC State speaks to her deep commitment to the field and her belief that great veterinary medicine is built on a strong academic foundation paired with genuine compassion for animals of all kinds, creepy crawlies included.
At River's Edge Animal Hospital, Dr. Paschall has a special place in her heart for the underdog. Anxious, injured, and sick animals are her favorite patients, and she takes great care to ensure that every animal in her exam room is treated in a safe and low-stress environment. She is a firm believer that client education is the foundation of a happy and healthy pet, and she is known for giving clear, actionable advice that helps pet owners feel confident and informed at every stage of their pet's care.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Paschall can be found tackling home renovation projects with characteristic determination, ripping out walls and floors in what she describes as an ongoing attempt to make her house a home. Anything hands-on, crafty, or creative is her passion. She shares her life with four dogs, a cat, and a fellow human who make up the Paschall family.
