ROSCASH brings auction pricing to savings circles, with more than 217,000 USDC paid out
A savings circle has one unsolved problem: who collects the pool first. ROSCASH settles it by auction each round - the lowest bid takes the pool minus its discount, and 70 per cent of that discount goes to the shares not yet paid out.
