BIOPLUS-INTERPHEX KOREA 2026 (BIX 2026), Korea’s leading bio and pharmaceutical convention hosted by KoreaBIO and organized by RX, has announced its keynote speakers and opened registration. The event serves as a global business platform connecting biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies, research institutions, investors, and industry stakeholders to explore partnerships and growth opportunities.
This year’s keynote program will highlight two major themes shaping the bioindustry: stem cell innovation and global biopharma mergers and acquisitions. On October 28, stem cell and neuroscience expert Dr. Sally Temple will discuss how human stem cell technologies are advancing research, drug discovery, disease modeling, and treatments for nervous system diseases. On October 29, Goodwin’s Stuart Cable will provide insights into current biopharma M&A trends, including deal activity, transaction structures, regulatory considerations, and the growing acquisition of innovative biotech companies by pharmaceutical firms.
In addition to the keynotes, BIX 2026 will feature specialized conference sessions, exhibitions, partnering programs, and networking events covering the latest biotechnology innovations, market developments, investment strategies, technology commercialization, and global business expansion. Pre-registration is open until August 31, with early-bird discounts available through the official BIX website.
