AlphaNext Technology Solutions has announced the launch of Khoji, the first specialized agent within its Pilatus AI workforce intelligence suite. Designed as an agentic conversational bot, it simplifies talent sourcing through multi-platform discovery, conversational interaction, and structured access to candidate information.

Unlike conventional sourcing workflows that often rely on a single recruitment platform, Khoji supports multi-platform talent sourcing across industries and geographies. Its industry-agnostic approach enables recruiters to search for a wide range of professionals, from engineers and nurses to chefs and other specialized roles worldwide.

Khoji uses a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture to support context-aware conversations and relevant candidate discovery. Through a conversational interface, recruiters can communicate their hiring requirements naturally and access candidate information, including contact and email details, where available, through a streamlined workflow.

At launch, Khoji’s system overview reports 2.48 million indexed profiles. The agent is designed to connect with 50+ sourcing platforms, index up to 10,000 profiles per minute, and maintain real-time match freshness.
