CHESAPEAKE, VA. — September 16, 2026 — On Sunday, September 20, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:30 p.m., Union Taco, which is located at 515 Belaire Ave. in Summit Pointe, will hold a Tequila & Tapas Dinner. The dinner will include a menu of six tapas, which will be served in tandem with guided tequila tastings. The dinner event will give guests residing in or near Summit Pointe a chance to learn about the regional differences and production methods of the tequilas, as well as to enjoy a menu that has been prepared to suit each particular spirit.

The Tequila & Tapas Dinner will reflect the general shift towards more experiential dining events that combine food, learning, and hospitality into one experience rather than a traditional fixed price menu. There will be a tequila for each of the six courses, and tequila experts will guide diners on tasting the spirits and on their production processes. Vegetarian versions of the meals will be available during each course.

As far as Union Taco, the dinner event will serve to promote its position as a dining and gathering spot within the mixed-use community of Summit Pointe, Chesapeake. According to the organizers of the event, the format is targeted to those who would like to have a couple dinner or a culinary adventure with friends. As there will only be limited seating, ticket sales will not be repeated once they are sold out.
