SynergyTop Pvt Ltd has been awarded Runner-Up in the "CodeIT" category at the MP Government's Hack & Make 2026, held at Ravindra Bhawan, Bhopal. The award was presented by the Hon'ble Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh, recognising SynergyTop's AI-powered learning platform designed for schools, students, parents, and teachers. The platform was showcased among 350+ startups and built in partnership with Machadalo, the AI product and platform partner.
Q: What is the Hack & Make 2026 award about?
Jayesh Totla: Hack & Make 2026 is a Madhya Pradesh Government initiative that recognises startups solving real, scalable problems using technology. The CodeIT category focuses on solutions that demonstrate strong engineering depth, real-world deployment, and social impact.
Q: Why do you think SynergyTop was selected for this award?
Jayesh Totla: Because we showed working outcomes, not concepts.
The platform:
Operates at school scale, not just individual users
Runs directly on WhatsApp, eliminating adoption friction
Improves conceptual clarity, not just test scores
That combination is still rare in education technology.
Q: What exactly is the product that was showcased?
It is a WhatsApp-native AI learning platform (DeTAiL) built for schools.
Students take full-scale MCQ tests aligned to their school syllabus
Performance is mapped to knowledge maps and sub-topic concepts
Each student receives a weekly AI-generated study plan that adapts continuously
Parents and teachers get clear dashboards and insights—all on WhatsApp
No app downloads. No extra logins.
Q: How is this different from existing EdTech platforms?
Most EdTech platforms focus on content delivery.
This platform focuses on learning delivery.
It continuously answers:
What does the student truly understand?
Where are the misconceptions?
What should the student study next—and why?
Learning is non-linear, adaptive, and concept-driven, not video-heavy or syllabus-blind.
Q: How does it specifically help Gen Alpha students and Gen Y parents?
Jayesh Totla: Gen Alpha students are curious but overwhelmed. Gen Y parents are informed but time-poor.
This system:
Converts curiosity into structured concept learning
Replaces guesswork with clear, actionable study plans
Gives parents visibility without micromanagement
All learning happens in short, focused 10–15 minute cycles.
Q: What role do schools and teachers play in this system?
Schools use the platform as a learning and communication layer.
Teachers see class-level and concept-level gaps instantly
Academic coordinators track progress without manual analysis
Schools also get free WhatsApp-based administration—admissions, grievances, events, notifications
Schools become partners in the ecosystem, not just users.
Q: What motivated you personally to build this platform?
Jayesh Totla: I'm a parent of two children in Class 9 and Class 7.
I saw that many capable students struggle—not because they don't study enough, but because they lack clarity about what they don't understand. There is too much content and too little direction.
The core question for me was simple:
Can AI reduce confusion instead of adding more content?
That question became the foundation of this platform.
Q: Tell us about your journey and how this collaboration came together.
Jayesh Totla: I've spent years building large-scale technology systems across services and platforms.
In 2019, I began working closely with Anupam Sorabh, who was building advanced AI orchestration and epistemic systems at Machadalo. We both saw early on that no-code platforms combined with deep AI would redefine how complex systems—especially in education—could scale.
SynergyTop brought school adoption, execution, and on-ground realities.
Machadalo brought AI orchestration, no-code architecture, and epistemic intelligence.
That convergence shaped this platform—not as another EdTech app, but as a quiet learning system that works in the background.
Q: How do you see the future of learning and AI in education?
Learning will become:
Adaptive instead of linear
Concept-focused instead of marks-focused
Integrated into everyday tools like WhatsApp
AI's role is not to replace teachers, but to remove noise, surface clarity, and personalise learning at scale.
Q: What is Epistemic AI, and why is it important here?
Epistemic AI focuses on how understanding is formed, not just on answers.
In this platform:
AI analyses why an answer is wrong
Identifies misconceptions
Adjusts study plans based on confidence, consistency, and improvement
This makes learning safer, more reliable, and more meaningful.
Q: How can students, parents, or schools start using this platform?
Getting started is simple:
Users can scan a QR code or visit a registration URL
Registration happens directly on WhatsApp
Once registered, tests, dashboards, and study plans activate automatically
No app download. No complex onboarding.
The registration link / QR code will be shared by partner schools and official SynergyTop channels.
