Saudi Arabia - Riyadh's professional business scope just got a significant addition. UNBOX Community has officially opened its first coworking space in Riyadh at Al Akaria 2 on Al Olaya Street, bringing a fully equipped, premium workspace to one of the most active business addresses in the city. The opening marks a meaningful step in how professionals, entrepreneurs, and growing businesses in Riyadh access and experience their work environment.

Al Olaya Street needs no introduction to anyone who operates a business in Riyadh. It sits at the center of the city's commercial activity, surrounded by financial institutions, corporate headquarters, and a steady flow of business professionals every day of the week. UNBOX chose this location deliberately, understanding that a workspace is only as valuable as the address it puts behind your business name.

A Space Built Around How People Actually Work
UNBOX Al Akaria 2 opens with a full range of membership options designed to serve professionals at every stage. Solo founders and freelancers who need a professional environment without a long-term commitment can book a hot desk by the day or on a monthly plan.

Professionals who come in daily and need a permanent, organized setup can secure a private desk that belongs to them alone. Teams that require full privacy and a space they can configure around their own workflow can move into one of the private offices available across the floor.

The space also includes meeting rooms, a board room, and an event space, giving members everything they need to host clients, run team sessions, and organize professional gatherings without leaving the building. Every room comes equipped with the technology and furniture that a serious business meeting requires.

Beyond individual memberships, UNBOX also offers virtual office services for businesses that need a recognized Riyadh address and professional call answering without a physical presence in the space every day. For startups and remote-first companies operating in Saudi Arabia, this fills a very practical gap.

What Members Get From Day One
Walking into UNBOX Al Akaria 2 on the first day of membership, professionals find a workspace that is ready to use immediately. High-speed internet runs across the entire floor. Ergonomic furniture supports long working hours without the physical strain that cheap office setups create over time. An on-site specialty cafe handles coffee, food, and the kind of informal conversations that often turn into the most productive moments of a working day.

Nearby public parking solve one of the most common frustrations professionals face at offices in busy parts of Riyadh. Accessibility features throughout the space ensure that members with special needs can move through and use the facility without barriers. Printing, mail management, and secretarial services run in the background so members stay focused on their actual work rather than the administrative tasks that surround it.

Members also get 24/7 access to the space, which means work happens on their schedule rather than the building's schedule.

More Than a Workspace In Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
UNBOX builds its spaces around the idea that the people inside them matter as much as the infrastructure around them. The Riyadh location joins UNBOX's existing network of workspaces across the UAE, bringing the same community-driven approach that has made the brand a recognized name in the region's coworking market since 2018.

Regular community events, networking opportunities, and a membership base that spans industries give every person who joins UNBOX Al Akaria 2 access to a professional network that extends well beyond their own office door.

The space is now open and accepting memberships. Visit UNBOX at Al Akaria 2, Al Olaya Street, Riyadh, or book a free tour through the UNBOX website to see the space in person and find the membership that fits your business.
