New Delhi – Sept 9, 2026 — ViceVersa Tools has introduced its EML Office365 Converter, a tool built to move mail between EML files and a Microsoft 365 mailbox without restricting the process to one direction.
A few things stand out about this release:
• EML is used as an export format by a wide range of mail clients, not just one platform, so the files a person ends up with often come from different sources depending on where the mail originated.
• The converter supports both directions: EML files can be imported straight into an Office 365 mailbox, and mail already sitting in Office 365 can be exported back out as individual EML files.
• Both processes run through the same login and setup flow, so switching direction partway through a project doesn't mean opening a different tool.
• Formatting, attachments, and message metadata are preserved on both the import and export side.
• A free trial is available for testing before either license tier is purchased.
"EML shows up from so many different places that it stopped making sense to build a tool for only one direction," said a ViceVersa Tools spokesperson. "People needed to bring mail in and take it back out just as easily."
The tool is available now, with a free trial covering a limited number of items and personal and professional licenses available for ongoing use.
About ViceVersa Tools
ViceVersa Tools makes its living building small, focused converters rather than one large do-everything suite. Each tool in its catalog is scoped to a specific pair of formats or platforms — EML, PST, MBOX, NSF, EMLX, and Office 365 among them — with the expectation that most people only ever need to solve one conversion problem at a time, and need to solve it in either direction.
