MAAC Concludes MAAC Creative League 2026, Celebrating the Creative Talent of Over 11,000 Students

The 11th edition of MCL showcased student work across 14 categories including Social Media Ads, Poster Design, UI Design, 30-Second Video, Photography and AI Comic Book

MUMBAI, March 30, 2026: MAAC, a premier institute and a pioneer in high-end 3D animation, visual effects, digital content creation, gaming and multimedia education, has successfully concluded the eleventh edition of its flagship creative challenge, MAAC Creative League 2026 (MCL).

The 11th edition of MCL witnessed participation from more than 11,000 students across India, with aspiring creative professionals showcasing their skills across 14 categories. The categories included Social Media Ads, Poster Design, UI Design, 30-Second Video, Photography, AI Comic Book and several other creative disciplines.

MAAC Creative League is an annual platform that brings together students from MAAC centres across the country, irrespective of their course, course duration or academic qualification. The initiative provides students with an opportunity to apply their creative and technical skills in a competitive environment while learning from the work of their peers.

Through MCL, MAAC aims to encourage students to experiment with ideas, develop their creative abilities and gain practical experience beyond the classroom. The competition also provides students with an opportunity to work within defined creative requirements and deadlines, helping them develop skills that are relevant to professional environments.

The 11th edition featured multiple stages of recognition, including daily, zonal and national-level winners. MAAC recognised and awarded more than 56 winners across 14 categories, highlighting creative work produced by students from different centres across India.

The competition provides students from different backgrounds and experience levels with a common platform to explore creative disciplines associated with the broader AVGC-XR ecosystem. By participating in projects with specific objectives and deadlines, students gain exposure to the process of developing and presenting creative work.

With participation from more than 11,000 students, the successful conclusion of MAAC Creative League 2026 reinforces the importance of practical creative challenges in developing the next generation of professionals for India's growing animation, visual effects, gaming and digital content industries.
