Gumloop has launched Gumball, a personal AI agent designed to help employees manage recurring workplace tasks across connected business applications.
Gumball enables users to interact with workplace systems through Gumloop, Slack and email. The agent can retrieve information, organize tasks and coordinate work across connected applications while working with specialized agents available within an organization.
The product includes Smart Inbox, which can organize incoming Gmail and Outlook messages and prepare draft responses based on user preferences. Meeting Prep gathers information from connected sources, including email, Slack, customer relationship management systems and previous meeting notes, to prepare briefings before scheduled meetings.
Gumball also includes Daily Chew, a scheduled summary designed to highlight deadlines, customer messages, calendar activity and workplace conversations that may require attention. The agent can also use Gumloop’s model-routing technology to select an appropriate AI model for different tasks.
The launch comes as Gumloop continues to expand its AI automation platform. In March 2026, the company announced a $50 million Series B funding round led by Benchmark. Gumloop says its technology is used by teams at companies including Shopify, Ramp, Gusto, Samsara, Instacart and Opendoor.
Gumloop develops AI automation tools intended to help technical and nontechnical teams reduce repetitive work and coordinate tasks across business systems. The launch of Gumball extends that approach by giving individual employees a central AI agent that can work across multiple applications and workflows.
