Instructions
• Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a 12-cup muffin tray with cupcake liners.
• In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and baking powder.
• In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, vegetable oil, vanilla essence, and milk.
• Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
• Slowly stir in the hot water or hot coffee.
