Dr. Deepa Chhagan Lalloo is Founder and Managing Director of Altius Global Advisory, who brings a wealth of experience in corporate strategy, human capital management, business development and hands-on enterprise building.

Deepa has held various roles throughout her career in the areas of organisational design, workforce transformation, talent development, shared services and business integration.

At AvaCare Health Group Global, she acted as the executive lead for human capital function for a geographically dispersed multinational organization, developing and centralizing the HC function. Her time at BDO further honed her skills in organisational development, leadership programmes, succession planning and employee engagement.

Her business experience completes her work experience. She established Psychology studio in 2019, which was launched in 2020 and specialises in hands-on skills training and accessible vocational education and training, especially in the hospitality and food and beverages sectors. The business then expanded into a myriad of concepts and opened up four retail outlets.

Developing and growing the business gave hands-on experience in business strategy, customer service, financial management, and team management and operational improvement. Through Altius Global Advisory she continues to learn from these lessons and apply them to her work with organisations around effective and sustainable growth.

In 2026, Deepa was honoured with the distinction of being a Peace Ambassador and an Honorary Doctorate recipient by Kennedy University, with specializations in Organisational Psychology, Strategic Management and Leadership. She also writes for GlobalX Publications where her knowledge and experience can be shared with a larger audience.

GlobalX Publications seeks to tell their stories, publish their books, introduce biographies, publish research and promote their work to the world for entrepreneurs, business leaders, researchers and professionals.
