GlobalX Publications Highlights the Role of Organisational Psychology in Business Performance.

GlobalX Publications: Amb. Dr. Deepa Chhagan Lalloo is the Founder and MD of Altius Global Advisory and globally acclaimed speaker and writer on organisational psychology, leadership effectiveness and business performance.

Deepa applies her skills to help organisations understand how the effect of people, systems and management practices impact working life. Her experience has been in HR strategy, workforce transformation, business design, and talent development.

As Executive Director Human Resources and Human Capital for Ava Care Health Group Global, she designed and rolled out its human capital function as a shared service across 18 subsidiaries in 12 African countries, the UAE, India and Kazakhstan. This covered governance, transformation and operational integration.

She has supported leadership development, succession planning, employee engagement and organisation development work. She was also an assessor for the Oxford Executive Leadership Programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford (September 2018 – August 2025).

She earned her Master of Science in Organisational Psychology degree from the University of London. In 2026, the Kennedy University has conferred upon her as a Peace Ambassador and an Honorary Doctorate degree in Organisational Psychology, Strategic Management and Leadership.
