Deepa is the Founder and Managing Director of Altius Global Advisory, where she operates at the nexus of human potential, organisational psychology and strategic business thinking. She has experience as a thought leader, architect and lead strategist for workforce development, structure and change within global business contexts.

Ava Care Health Group Global she was responsible for the establishment and centralisation of human capital function of all the group's 18 subsidiaries in 12 African countries, the UAE, India and Kazakhstan. This included the design of the organisation, governance, shared services, mergers and acquisitions integrations.

Her areas of expertise at BDO were talent management, leadership development, succession planning and performance management. She was also an assessor for the Oxford Executive Leadership Programme at the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, providing developmental feedback to senior executives.

Apart from her corporate leadership appointments, Deepa also established Bakeology Studio in 2019. It started its operation in 2020 offering affordable access to vocation learning and practical food and beverage skills development in several concepts.
