Amb. Dr. Deepa Chhagan Lalloo, better known as Sunaina, tackles this challenge from a point of view of Organisational Psychology, Human Capital Strategy and Business Advisory.

As Founder and Managing Director, Deepa specializes in defining gaps in the skills of individuals, teams and organisations, enhancing the leadership capabilities and equipping organisations for changing business needs. Her professional awareness of the fact that not everything that is technologically possible is a good thing to do. Organizations also require competent teams and operating organizations as well as leadership who can turn change into action.

She has extensive multi-national experience leading human capital operational development across 18 subsidiaries at AvaCare Health Group Global in 12 African countries, in the UAE, India and Kazakhstan. Her work focused on Organisational design, governance, shared services, implementation of technology, and workforce transformation.

The roles are a good example of how systems, people and the business need to be brought together in times of transition. Organisational readiness is a process of recognising the necessary abilities for future, employee development and the new processes are having a positive impact.

Deepa's leadership and organizational development experience in BDO and executive assessment through the Oxford Executive Leadership Programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford continue to shape her views on leadership and professional development.

She has an MSc in Organisational Psychology from London University. In 2026, she was honoured by two awards from Kennedy University: a Peace Ambassadorship and an honorary Doctorate with specializations in Organisational Psychology, Strategic Management and Leadership.
