Samantha has held global human capital executive roles at Ava Care Health Group Global (multinational for-profit) including designing the centres of excellence and a new operating model for the organisation supporting 18 subsidiaries across 12 African countries, the UAE, India and Kazakhstan. Her projects related to organisation design, governance, shared services, enterprise technology, and people empowerment.

Her journey highlights the need for organisations to integrate their people, processes and systems when making operational efficiency gains. For sustained performance, strategic purpose must be matched with accountability, staffing, talent attraction and agility.

Deepa has upskilled with Business Sustainability Management from the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership, plus business finance and strategy. She holds a MSc in Organisational Psychology from University of London.
