Amb. Dr. Deepa Chhagan Lalloo Highlights Women's Leadership and Professional Development.

This is the combination of Dr. Deepa Chhagan Lalloo (also referred to as Sunaina) in her career pursuits of multinational leadership, entrepreneurship and organisational advisory.

She is Founder and Managing Director of Altius Global Advisory, working with organisations and individuals on enhancing human capability and organisational effectiveness. Her professional approach acknowledges that the key to effective leadership is an awareness of people, capability identification and the creation of an environment where they can add value to business goals.

Her executive experience has encompassed the leadership of human capital initiatives within the human capital operations at AvaCare Health Group Global in 18 subsidiaries in 12 African nations, as well as the UAE, India and Kazakhstan. She has also served BDO in various roles in talent management, learning and development, leadership development and succession planning and employee engagement.

This background is complemented by her entrepreneurial experience. She established Bakeology Studio in 2019, and it launched in 2020 focusing on vocational learning and skills development. The business then expanded into various concepts and opened retail outlets of up to four stores.

Deepa has a Masters in Organisational Psychology from London University.
