GlobalX Publications spotlight Amb. Dr. Deepa Chhagan Lalloo's expertise in human capital strategy and organisational development as it draws attention to why we need to preparing people for tomorrow's responsibilities.

Leadership continuity Organisations going through growth, restructuring or senior management changes often find it difficult to recruit people in key positions or retain organisational knowledge in the form of highly experienced staff who leave the company if they don't have the right development plan in place.

Deepa's experience has been in talent management, succession planning and leadership development at BDO. Previous to that she has held roles as a human capital leader at Ava Care Health Group Global where she developed and consolidated processes across multiple subsidiaries and countries.

Assessor at the Oxford Executive Leadership Programme, Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, 2018 (September)-2025 (August). This is another of her activities with regard to leadership capability and professional development.

Deepa is Founder and Managing Director of Altius Global Advisory, drawing on the strategic perspective of capability within the workforce and the overall organisation. She has an organisational psychology background – understanding how people learn and use their capabilities within the workplace.
