Amb. Dr. Deepa Chhagan Lalloo Highlights the Link Between Talent and Business Results.

Her executive leadership record at Ava Care Health Group Global was in the direction of establishing the group HR function and centralising human capital operations across the 18 subsidiaries in 12 African international locations, the UAE, India and Kazakhstan. These initiatives tied workforce technique to organisation design, governance, shared services and operational transformation.
