Amb. Through her academic and professional journey with GlobalX Publications,

Dr. Witney Emmanuel Laizer is continuing to build her academic and professional profile, which combines business, finance, public health, sustainability, healthcare management and data analytics.

Her career has taken her to various national and international work and organizational contexts in Tanzania as well as in the Netherlands. Witney's experience in sales and marketing has also provided her with a wide range of professional skills and knowledge, including finance, accounting, billing, collections and reporting.

She is currently Senior Billing & Collection Administrator with Macrogen Europe BV, handling tasks related to Billing, Collections, account monitoring, payments follow up, Financial Administration and Reporting.

Other professional experiences include those with Greenlane, Alter Domus, Delta Electronics and Wittenborg University. In all these positions, she gained experience in finance operations, accounting, corporate administration, activities related to sustainability, sales, marketing and international business administration in practice.

These are supported by her academic qualifications. She is a PhD holder from Selinus University, a MBA holder from the University of the People and a BBA (Economics & Finance Management) holder from Wittenborg University of Applied Sciences.

The sustainability of health care services is her field of doctoral study in Germany, an issue that is important and challenging. The study discusses sustainable healthcare management, optimal use of resources, innovation, digitalization, waste management and cooperation among stakeholders in healthcare.

Witney has also acquired further skills in education through data analytics, further fuelling her passion for evidence-based approaches and data-informed organisational decision-making.

She is an author at GlobalX Publications, and as such is sharing a journey of lifelong learning, international experience, research and interdisciplinary thinking.
