Amb. Dr. Witney Emmanuel Laizer is further enhancing her academic and professional contributions, by combining international financial experience and her research interests in healthcare sustainability and public health, under GlobalX Publications.

She combines her study and professional background in Tanzania and the Netherlands in her career. Witney's experience span from finance and accounting, to sales and marketing, billing and collections, reporting, to administration.

In her current position as Senior Billing & Collection Administrator with Macrogen Europe BV, she has enhanced her expertise in revenue administration, billing coordination, account monitoring, payment follow-up, collections and financial reporting.

Previous roles at Greenlane and Alter Domus were focused on finance and accounting operations and her experience at Delta Electronics helped develop her knowledge of financial administration, accounting processes, reporting and projects around sustainability. At Wittenborg University, she assisted in the sales and marketing efforts in an international education setting.

The academic development has always been related to business and management. Witney has a PhD in Business, Management, Public Health & Sustainability from Selinus University, an MBA from the University of the People and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Economics & Finance Management from Wittenborg University of Applied Sciences.

She is currently conducting her doctoral research on sustainability in healthcare services in Germany, focusing on issues of resource use, innovation, digitalisation, waste management, sustainable healthcare management and stakeholder cooperation in the healthcare sector.

These two sets of financial expertise and sustainability research give her the underpinnings for continued academic interests.

Witney is sharing her story as a writer and researcher with the help of GlobalX Publications and her research is also helping to stimulate wider discussion on business, healthcare, sustainability and organisational development.
