Amb. Dr. Witney Emmanuel Laizer's dual academic and professional teaching and learning experience is now being shared globally via GlobalX Publications.

She has been employed by Macrogen Europe BV as a Senior Billing & Collection Administrator since 2020, performing tasks such as billing coordination, account monitoring, payment follow-up, collections, financial administration and reporting.

She has worked in the past in finance administration for Greenlane, accounting training for Alter Domus, finance administration for Delta Electronics and in sales and marketing for Wittenborg University. These roles have helped her gain a knowledge of financial systems, organisational processes, reporting, customer engagement and international business environments.

Witney has a PhD in Business, Management, Public Health & Sustainability from Selinus University, an MBA from the University of the People, and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Economics & Finance Management from Wittenborg University of Applied Sciences (UAS) in the Netherlands. She has also taken some data analytics training.

Her doctoral work is on sustainability in the healthcare services in Germany. The research focuses on sustainable management of healthcare resources, innovation, digitalisation, waste management, and cooperation between healthcare players.
