Amb. With a career steeped in international experience, interdisciplinary education, financial expertise, and research into sustainable healthcare, Dr. Witney Emmanuel Laizer is sharing her story with GlobalX Publications.

Witney is a Tanzanian business and finance professional, researcher and author with experience in business administration, economics, finance, public health management, sustainability and data analytics.

She has worked in both Tanzania and the Netherlands. Her work experience encompasses sales and marketing, finance administration, accounting, billing and collections, financial reporting, business analysis and data management.

She has been with Macrogen Europe BV since 2020 as a Senior Billing & Collection Administrator. She is responsible for financial administration, billing coordination, follow-up on account payments, account monitoring, collections and reporting.

Prior to this, she worked at Greenlane, Alter Domus, Delta Electronics and Wittenborg University. These roles led her to a knowledge of finance operations, accounting practices, corporate administration, sustainability programs, sales, marketing, reporting and international business environments.

Witney has completed a variety of academic qualifications, such as a PhD in Business, Management, Public Health & Sustainability from Selinus University, an MBA from the University of the People and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics & Finance Management from Wittenborg University of Applied Sciences. She has also studied education for data analytics and peace ambassadorship.

As a PhD student, she is studying sustainability in healthcare services in Germany and her work centers on the significance and challenges of sustainability. Healthcare management, use of resources, innovation, digitalisation, waste management and cooperation between stakeholders are considered.

As a writer for GlobalX Publications, Witney is continuing her work in academic and professional scholarship. Her work is a reflection of her continual interest in sustainable solutions, evidence based thinking, organisational development and social impact.
