Amb. Dr. Witney Emmanuel Laizer is continuing to pursue her professional and academic path as an author with GlobalX Publications, from a global experience of business, finance, public health, sustainability, and data analytics.

Her career provides continuous growing experience with financial administration, accounting, billing, collections, sales and marketing, reporting and business operations. She received her early schooling in Tanzania and went on to do further studies and work in the Netherlands.

Witney has been with Macrogen Europe BV since 2020 as Senior Billing & Collection Administrator, covering revenue administration and financial operations. Her duties involve the billing coordination, payment monitoring, collections, account administration and financial reporting.

She also had previous experience at Greenlane, Alter Domus, Delta Electronics, and Wittenborg University, which included finance and accounting, sustainability projects, sales and marketing, reporting and international university operations.

Witney has a PhD in Business, Management, Public Health & Sustainability from Selinus University, an MBA from the University of the People and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics & Finance Management from Wittenborg University of Applied Sciences. She has also undertaken specialised training in data analytics.

Her doctoral research is on sustainability and healthcare services in Germany. The focus areas are sustainable healthcare management, efficient resource utilization, innovation, digitalization, waste management and cooperation among healthcare stakeholders.
