On Sunday, 6 December 2026, the Express Yourself Multicultural Human Rights Festival will mark International Human Rights Day by celebrating the 78th anniversary of the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

Held under the banner of the United for Human Rights educational programme, the festival will spotlight the Declaration’s 30 human rights and bring diverse community groups together at the Church of Scientology and Community Centre in Dublin 24.

Express Yourself is being organised in collaboration with SapthaSwara Institute of Performing Arts, Unitate – Events for the Moldovan & Romanian Communities in Ireland, Scoil Rince Ní Aogáin, SEANI – Southeast Asian Network Ireland, the Indonesian Irish Association and KoloSmart, as well as singers and performers Stephen Leeson, Angel and Kiril Iholnyk.

United for Human Rights is an international human rights education campaign supported by the Church of Scientology and dedicated to raising awareness and understanding of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Through booklets, films and online resources, the campaign makes the 30 rights set out in the Declaration accessible and understandable, encouraging everyone to respect and uphold these rights in everyday life.

The campaign was inspired by the work of humanitarian and Scientology Founder L. Ron Hubbard, who emphasised that spiritual freedom and enlightenment were difficult to achieve if people were denied their most fundamental human rights.
